For his fourth release on the label following up outstanding “AR00020”- Down on me” release.
The lead track has been played by Da Capo throughout the summer during his sets across the globe. Children of Today can only be described as an Afro House main room Banger . A simple Organ stab is the basis of this track with swirling effects , thumping hand claps which all build up to a break down which will cause dance floor mayhem.
Just as good as the lead track is See no Evil built around a funky guitar lick , with Sky White’s signature thumping baseline, percussive licks take over the track in the first half before descending into a sneezy synth line, one for the dancers for sure.
Closing out this three tacker is a straight up old skool afro cut. Sax on the Floor does exactly what the title says a heavy sax workout with high class understated percussion and a JB style guitar lick .
Sky White
A brand new talent to the music scene, SkyWhite’s journey into music began when he learned to play the piano at 10 years old. He was turned on to house music at just 16 after attending Black Coffee's (Ballantine's Human Orchestra) performance in 2014 and promptly learned to DJ. He honed his craft playing at local parties and events, before producing a selection of his own tracks that were promptly signed by Afrocentric, his music has been played all the leading lights in the Afro House scene, as well as receiving attention from the US with David Harness releasing and remixing his Urban Piano track last year
